NakshatraZone currently provides premium access exclusively through approved coupon codes. No monetary transactions are processed at this time. Razorpay payment integration is coming soon — this policy will update accordingly.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions made through NakshatraZone, operated by PrimeNexa Technologies. It covers both the current coupon-based premium access model and the upcoming paid subscription model via Razorpay.
2. Current Model: Coupon-Based Premium Access
2.1 No Monetary Transactions
Premium access to NakshatraZone is currently granted exclusively via invitation/coupon codes issued by PrimeNexa Technologies. Since no payment is collected at this stage, no refund is applicable or possible.
2.2 Coupon Expiry & Non-Transferability
- Coupon codes are valid for the period specified at the time of issuance
- Coupons are non-transferable — they may not be shared, sold, or traded
- Expired or invalid coupons cannot be reactivated
- PrimeNexa Technologies reserves the right to revoke coupon access in cases of Terms of Service violation
3. Upcoming Model: Paid Subscriptions (Razorpay)
When paid subscriptions are introduced via Razorpay, the following refund and cancellation terms will apply:
3.1 Subscription Plans
- Subscriptions will be offered on monthly and/or annual billing cycles
- Pricing will be clearly displayed on the pricing page before purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until your paid period expires
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period
3.3 Refund Eligibility
We will consider refund requests under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund
- Service completely unavailable for 72+ consecutive hours after purchase
- Duplicate/double charge due to payment gateway error
- Refund request within 7 days of first purchase (new subscribers only)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after accessing premium features
- Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions (subjective content)
- Requests after 7 days from the purchase date
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
- Partial month/period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
3.4 Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to hello@primenexa.com with subject "Refund Request — [Transaction ID]"
- Include your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the request
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay
4. Digital Content Policy
NakshatraZone provides digital/software-as-a-service content which is delivered immediately upon subscription activation. Under applicable Indian consumer protection guidelines and standard SaaS industry practice, once digital content has been accessed, no refund is available except as explicitly stated in Section 3.3 above.
5. Free Tier Accounts
Free tier accounts have no subscription, no charges, and therefore no refund policy applies. Free accounts may be deleted at any time by the user or by PrimeNexa Technologies per our Terms of Service.
