Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NakshatraZone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service is provided by PrimeNexa Technologies.

2. Description of Service

NakshatraZone is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform that provides:

• Vedic birth chart (Kundli) calculation using Swiss Ephemeris
• Divisional chart analysis (Navamsa, Dasamsa, Chaturvimsa, etc.)
• AI-generated astrological interpretations and insights
• Predictive analysis, dasha timelines, and compatibility reports
• Numerology, transit, and Sadesati analysis

All services are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only. Refer to our Disclaimer for the full scope of limitations.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate registration information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent free-tier limits

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@primenexa.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. PrimeNexa Technologies will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Access

5.1 Free Tier

All registered users receive access to core chart generation features at no cost. Certain advanced features (AI insights, full reports, predictive analysis) are gated and accessible only to premium users.

5.2 Coupon-Based Premium Access (Current)

At this time, premium access is granted exclusively via approved coupon codes issued by PrimeNexa Technologies. Coupons are non-transferable, single-use, and have an expiry date as communicated at time of issuance. Coupon-based access carries no monetary transaction and therefore no refund obligation.

5.3 Paid Subscriptions (Coming Soon — Razorpay)

We plan to introduce paid subscription tiers processed via Razorpay. Once available:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without prior written consent
• Share, resell, or distribute premium features obtained via coupon codes
• Submit false birth data to manipulate or game the system
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Astrology Disclaimer (Mandatory)

Astrology predictions and insights provided by NakshatraZone are based on computational algorithms, classical Vedic astrological rules, and AI-generated interpretations. They are intended for guidance and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered:

• Absolute future predictions or guaranteed outcomes
• Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
• A substitute for consulting a qualified professional

PrimeNexa Technologies makes no warranty that astrological interpretations are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. Users act on this information entirely at their own discretion and risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, UI design, and branding associated with NakshatraZone are the exclusive property of PrimeNexa Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your chart data belongs to you; we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and download it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeNexa Technologies and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service
• Decisions made based on astrological insights generated by the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@primenexa.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent in-app notice at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
